Jennifer Johnson brings a top-performing sales career, insider experience with the executive leadership and coaching field, and an MBA in Human Resource/Organizational Development to her career in San Diego human resources.
Jennifer specialized in recruiting with her consultancy Executive Yenta, focusing not just on skills but on making the right match for the team and the company. As President of Star HR Consulting, a HR and HR Development firm she co-founded, she offers cutting edge HR consulting to a growing roster of new clients. A serial entrepreneur, her experience with her own businesses allows her to offer expert guidance to today’s start-up company, whose growth depends significantly on the quality of its people. Jennifer is passionate about developing processes, crafting leadership strategies, and building future HR visions that honor an organization’s potential as well as its present.
Her development experience, executive leadership background and mad social media skills made Jennifer a natural choice for Julie Magnuson when the founder and President of SDHR Roundtable sought to hand off the baton. Julie Magnuson has been in the Human Resources field since 1995, and was the original founder of SDHR in 1998. Julie served as President of SDHR through early 2012, and in her new role as Past President brings to the board her experience as an executive HR professional and years of SDHR history. Julie currently works in helping to place military veterans as a Managing Partner with VETS RPO, as well as continues to provide senior HR Consulting to various companies in San Diego. Julie also teaches Advanced Sourcing and Talent Acquisition at UCSD Extension.

Ken has been fostering his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to unsurpassed customer service since age 11, where he was known for taking orders and selling candy to his schoolmates on the bus each morning. After working his way through high school and college in the fast food business - his dad was a Jack in the Box Franchisee for over 25 years - Ken joined the ranks of Enterprise Rent A Car, entering their management training program where he earned numerous promotions over 5 years.

Lisa Frank specializes in providing counseling and transactional services to management and human resources professionals. She regularly counsels employers on a variety of issues, including employee terminations and discipline management, reductions in force, leaves of absence and disability accommodation, workplace investigations, employment practice audits, wage and hour compliance, employment agreements and the protection of intellectual property.
Ms. Frank is also an experienced litigator and has successfully represented employers in numerous state and federal employment cases. She has also represented employers in administrative and agency proceedings before the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.

Leigh Trujillo currently serves as the Manager, Human Resources for SOLUTE Consulting, an engineering and consulting services contractor for the defense industry. She has over 25 years experience in personnel, organizational and program management.
Prior to joining SOLUTE Consulting, Ms. Trujillo served in a variety of management positions with Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. and Sales Warrior, Inc. Prior to her corporate career, she served for over 20 years in the United States Navy achieving the rank of Master Chief. While in the military she held a variety of positions including leading the personal office staffs for the Chief of Naval Operations and the Commander in chief of the Pacific Fleet. During her military career Ms. Trujillo traveled extensively throughout the world and is an experienced protocol professional having interfaced with numerous officials and foreign dignitaries. Ms. Trujullo was also the first female assigned to an operational Naval Patrol Aircraft Squadron.
Ms. Trujillo holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration. She is an active member of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA), Women in Defense (WID) and the San Diego USO.

Christine Davies, SPHR, is Human Resources Manager for Glanbia Nutritionals, a manufacturer of nutritional and functional ingredient solutions to the food, beverage, supplement and animal nutritional industries. Christine holds a Masters degree in Human Resources from Chapman University and a Bachelors in Sociology from San Diego State University. Her passion for service, organizational development and performance is driven by over 10 years of experience in human resources management, recruitment and operations management. As a member of Glanbia Nutritionals Senior Management Team, Christine is responsible for overseeing Human Resources practices and strategic objectives within North America that provide an employee-oriented, high achieving culture; and ongoing training and development of a superior workforce.
