SDHR Annual Membership
SDHR is like no other HR group in San Diego, and is a “must” for any HR Professional. SDHR Members enjoy unique features and benefits that make membership a key tool in their HR tool belt. Your $149.00 SDHR membership includes:

SDHR Membership Eligibility, Guidelines, and Rules
You are requesting membership to the San Diego HR Roundtable (SDHR), website, forums, and email lists. By registering for SDHR membership, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood SDHR's eligibility requirements, guidelines and rules as outlined below. Every member request is held for review and approval. Approval may take up to 24 hours due to our extensive research and review of each request. You must meet the following membership criteria and agree to the membership requirements and guidelines for your request to be approved:
1) Only HR Professionals may become members of SDHR. You must be currently employed in SAN DIEGO, CA in a Human Resource capacity, typically as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, Contract/Corporate Recruiter or HR Consultant, and your primary job responsibilities include HR Generalist work, staffing and recruiting or other job responsibilities relating to the matters of Human Resources and employment. Members must be employed in their current or most recent position either working in an HR capacity for a private or public company, a Consultant providing hourly or project based services in Human Resources, or other related positions that have hands-on HR responsibility.
2) All Service Providers to HR are encouraged to join our Service Provider Directory or become an SDHR sponsor. While we appreciate and value the professional partnership we maintain with our vendors, service providers, external retained and contingent recruiters, and staffing agencies, to ensure the focus of our vision and mission statement, membership to SDHR is only open to HR Professionals and HR Consultants. You confirm by your membership registration that you are not employed by a vendor, service provider to HR, Staffing Agency, Contingency Search firm, Retained Search firm, or are a self-employed recruiter or HR Consultant charging on a fee or percentage basis for contingent searches or direct candidate placement. 3) NO SOLICITATIONS are permitted in our member area. Our member forums are where information is shared freely and openly and all members must be able to ask questions regarding best practices, referrals, references, experiences or any other HR related question without experiencing any solicitations from other members or non-members.
You agree to not solicit any members for the purpose of marketing candidates for a fee at any time.
You agree not to solicit any members for any business, unless you are responding to a specific member request for services.
You agree to not contact candidates whose resumes are shared through SDHR for the purpose of charging a placement fee for referring their resume to any place of business.
You agree not to share requests for information by SDHR members to any non-members that will result in unwanted solicitations from vendors to that member.
4) This group is an HR Community only for sharing and networking HR and business information. You agree to maintain the professionalism, confidentiality and integrity of this group during your membership, and agree to only use the website, forums and email provided by SDHR for sharing and networking of Human Resource related information. You understand that contrary behavior may result in your being removed from membership, possibly banned from SDHR, and definitely the forfeiture of any remaining membership dues.
5) You understand and agree that memberships are issued to individuals only and are owned by the individual registered. SDHR does not offer memberships for Corporate Ownership. SDHR Memberships are not transferrable and cannot be transferred to any other individual than the original member. SDHR member name and email information may never be changed to a name or email other than the original registered member. Membership dues are paid in full upon registration or renewal, and are non-refundable for early membership withdrawal, removal, or resignation. Membership approval is subject to the discretion of the SDHR Chairperson.
6) You acknowledge and agree that you will resign your membership immediately should you change your current or future job or profession to a new job or profession that does not meet membership requirements. Failure to voluntarily resign membership upon beginning a non-qualifying position will result in membership removal, revocation, and forfeiture of remaining membership dues.
