Ken Wechsler the Founder and Principal with Remedy Compensation Consulting, advising clients in the areas of executive and board compensation, incentive and sales compensation, and broad-based compensation program design. He brings over 20 years of experience in both consulting and corporate environments, having been the VP, Compensation and Benefits for two Fortune 500 employers (Science Applications International Corp and Gateway Computers) where he lead compensation projects from the design and analysis phases through implementation and communication. In addition, Ken has worked at three prominent HR consultancies (Mercer, Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt). Ken’s breadth of industry experience includes biotechnology, high-technology, and service industries.
A frequent speaker on a variety of compensation topics, Ken’s a member of World-at-Work’s national faculty, teaching their “Total Rewards” and “Quantitative Methods” courses. He’s a Senior Practitioner in Human Resources management (SPHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Ken’s a graduate of Claremont McKenna College earning dual Bachelor Degrees in Economics and Mathematics.

With over 17 years of experience in corporate communications and journalism, Julie Wright is president of (W)right On Communications, a full-service public relations firm headquartered in Solana Beach, Calif. with an office in Vancouver, B.C.. Through a demonstrated focus on tangible results that go straight to the client’s bottom line, (W)right On is setting new standards for Southern California communications professionals.
In 2010, (W)right On Communications was honored with an E2E Communications Award for Best Change Communication Event receiving national recognition for its work with Club Demonstration Services, a company employing 12,000 people in six countries.
Julie is chair of the San Diego North Economic Development Council representing business interests in North County and also chairs the University Council community board for California State University San Marcos. In 2009, Julie received the Fran Aleshire Award for community leadership from alumni of Leadership North County. She was named one of San Diego’s 40 Under 40 in 2006, and in 2004, accepted the San Diego North Economic Development Council’s Private Sector Partner of the Year award on behalf of (W)right On Communications. In 2003, she was named one of 50 to Watch by NORTH San Diego Magazine.

Mr. Parker has more than 15 years of experience in complex commercial, real estate, and labor and employment litigation and counseling. He has substantial trial and arbitration experience, including alternative dispute resolution forums. Mr. Parker's litigation experience covers a wide range, including business torts, land use/environmental actions, corporate partnership/LLC litigation, and defense of employment-related suits.
Mr. Parker's land use/environmental practice encompasses all aspects of permitting and regulatory proceedings, with an emphasis in the wireless infrastructure industry. He has substantial experience with CERCLA cost recovery litigation, defense of PRP groups at Superfund sites, and negotiation/litigation of land use disputes, including CEQA actions. His practice includes administrative proceedings, general compliance counseling, and negotiation of remediation actions. Mr. Parker also has extensive experience litigating individual and class action claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act relating to accessibility requirements. His work in this area includes counseling owners/operators of public accommodations, including the formulation of internal accessibility audits and barrier removal programs.
Mr. Parker's labor and employment practice encompasses all aspects of employment law, with special emphasis in state and federal court proceedings and employer counseling. He regularly counsels employers on management of internal investigations, preventive personnel practices and administration of employment policies and regulations. Mr. Parker also prepares employment agreements, personnel handbooks, and confidentiality agreements. He has considerable experience in matters relating to temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, as well as in hearings before EEOC, DFEH, OSHA, and the California Labor Commissioner.
Mr. Parker representative experience includes both large and small companies engaged in telecommunications, hospitality, manufacturing, oil refining, hazardous and solid waste management and disposal, and high technology.

Alice Campbell joined Barney & Barney in 2008 as a Principal in the Employee Benefits department.
Alice began her career in Employee Benefits in 1981 as the Benefits Manager for a healthcare organization and has been increasing her knowledge and experience with Benefits ever since. She has worked to administrate benefits within large companies, service large accounts for a provider, and earned a reputation as an exceptional independent broker. Early in her career, Alice even spent a few years as a benefit analyst and specialist at Barney & Barney. Utilizing her highly esteemed reputation, Alice started her own firm, Campbell Employee Benefits Solutions Insurance Services, in 2006. Her team joined her in her move back to Barney & Barney in 2008. Alice is the President of Compensation and Benefits Association of San Diego. She is also on the board for the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (ISCEBS) - San Diego chapter, as well as the board of the San Diego Alzheimer association.
Alice earned her degree in Business Administration / Personnel Management from the University of Arizona. She holds the designation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from Wharton Business School.
