All nominees will be announced in the San Diego Business Journal and recognized at the event on June 17th. The more quality nominations received, the San Diego business community will be able to see how many top HR Professionals are in our fine city. In addition, it is great PR and branding for your organization to be listed in the SDBJ, San Diego’s top business paper for executives. You can also list your nomination on your resume and Linked In profile to raise your personal value and credibility as well.

Strong HR leadership in an organization drives culture, performance, morale and productivity.
