With more than 15 years of benefits experience, Giblin has been Lockton's top benefits producer in Southern California for the past two years and her client base continues to grow. In addition to her insurance and benefits expertise, Giblin is recognized for her ability to resolve complex situations using innovation in problem-solving, cost-savings and quality improvements.

For one manufacturing client, she saved more than $500,000 last year by creating three sectors of insured groups to cut the company's medical costs. She also designed a creative solution for a large employer and parent company with eight wholly owned subsidiaries resulting in an aggregate savings of $850,000 and a more streamlined benefits approach.
