Any advice, information or comments given on this site by SDHR Members, Consultants, Legal Advisors, Experts or its owners is strictly for educational purposes by Human Resource professionals in a networking and information sharing environment. No refunds: If you are removed from SDHR as a member, provider, career center participant, calendar advertiser, sponsor, or any other capacity available on SDHR’s website, we do not offer any refunds.

Privacy, confidentiality and user information: SDHR does not sell contact information for any site user, including member, provider and career center user, and will make all efforts to protect personal information. Members in return agree that all information shared in the member area will be kept confidential, and not forwarded, copied, or reproduced in any way outside of the group. Providers and Career Center participants will also treat any information learned on our site related to members as confidential. SDHR reserves the right to place cookies in your computer in order to save your status, session state, settings or login credentials.
Change of Terms and Conditions: SDHR reserves the right to change, amend, edit, improve or augment our terms and conditions at anytime, with or without notice, with or without cause. It is the users responsibility to stay abreast of SDHR’s rules and guidelines at all times.
